Humans are very complex and live rich and diverse social and cultural lives. We appreciate multiplicity and the fluidity of identities. We appreciate the multiple ways in which humans understand the world around them, tell stories about the the cosmos and use their observations and their ideas to understand our shared place within it. We reject essentialism and scientism! Becuase those are basic, exclusionary and dogmatic.

We see no reason why we cant love physics and astonomy AND love astrology! Why not? Living our lives thinking about how the planets and celestial bodies affect us is an AWESOME THING to do. Maybe you beleive in Astrology, maybe you dont! Either way some people do and some people dont and multiplicity exists and you can beleive in whatever you want and hold any faith or spiritual practice that is precious to you and STILL love science and be a brilliant scientist and human being. Science is also a kind of spiritual connection to the cosmos too. We are all on Earth! We are all different, but we are equal! Times are hard! Science is for everyone!
